NDIS Orders with Cloud 9 Comfort
We’re proud to support many customers with NDIS plans who enjoy our Cloud 9 Comfort products. If you’re self-managed or have a plan manager, you can order directly from us.
Although we’re not a registered NDIS provider, we can create an invoice that you can pay yourself or forward to your plan manager for processing.
How to Request an Invoice
If you would like to order using your NDIS plan, simply email us at hello@cloud9comfort.com.au with the following details:
- Participant Name
- Product Details: Include size, colour, and quantity.
- Shipping and Billing Address: Include your name and phone number.
- NDIS Number
Once we receive your email, we’ll provide:
- A detailed invoice.
- A link for instant payment (e.g., card, PayPal).
- Bank details if you prefer to pay via bank transfer.
Important:
- Please use your invoice number as the payment description for bank transfers.
- Email us the remittance after payment is made for faster processing.
